Yes! We love first-timers. Start with a Foundations class and let us know it’s your first time. We'll guide you with tips and adaptions whilst you find your flow. For an even smoother start, try a private or 1:1 session to get to know the equipment.
Reformer Pilates is a style of Pilates performed on a specialised machine called a Reformer. A method of movement that focuses on controlled, precise exercises designed to improve strength, mobility, stability, posture, and body awareness. The Reformer adds resistance and support through a moving carriage, adjustable springs, and straps. That combination makes the workout more versatile, adjustable for beginners and advanced clients, and effective for building strength through a full range of motion.
Everyone! Reformer Pilates is for people who want to strengthen their whole body, particularly their core and glutes, want better posture and movement quality, prefer low-impact but still challenging training, want a workout that supports long-term joint health, mindfulness and relaxation, and want a sustainable method they can stick with.
Absolutely, with your doctor’s approval. We offer pre & postnatal classes led by trained instructors. Please message us before class so we can tailor the session to your stage.
We can usually accommodate most injuries, but check with your doctor or physiotherapist first. Some conditions work best starting with a private session. Always tell your instructor about any injuries so we can adjust things for you safely if needs be.
